The Oregon Active Transportation Summit is our biggest event of the year. The 18th Annual OATS will be hosted in beautiful Portland on June 5th-7th. We’ll bring together state, national, and international leaders in transportation and we rely on volunteers like you to create an engaging and successful event. Volunteers help for four hours and get free admission to OATS! Signing up is not a guarantee–we’ll confirm with you based on availability, but we’ve got a lot of slots so we expect to be able to accommodate everyone.

Read on for a brief description of each role. You’ll only be assigned one shift so sign up for anything that sounds like a good fit and help our chances of matching you with a shift. Below the descriptions you’ll find three separate forms–one for each day of the Summit–that can be submitted separately.
